Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced YouTube Strategist to manage and grow YouTube channels across six brands, focusing on podcasts and music content. The role involves developing content strategies, optimizing performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance audience engagement. Responsibilities • Develop and execute YouTube strategies for podcast and music content • Identify high-performing moments and optimize clips, Shorts, and full episodes • Own YouTube SEO, discoverability, and packaging best practices • Analyze performance (watch time, CTR, retention, subscribers) and report insights • Collaborate with hosts, artists, and content teams to scale channels and audiences • Stay ahead of platform trends and experiment with new formats and monetization tools Skills • Must be focused on Youtube strategy with prior podcast experience • 5+ years managing YouTube channels (podcasts, music, media, or creator-led brands) • Proven success growing audiences and engagement • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and the recommendation algorithm • Excellent communication and project management skills • Passion for podcasts, music, and culture is a must Benefits • Eligible for benefits Company Overview • 24 Seven partners with companies to get marketing, creative, and digital work done by providing the right talent, innovation, and insights.
