OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven, personable, and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter at Best Choice Roofing, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for our front-line roles (sales, production, etc.) for assigned branches. The right candidate for this role is tech-savvy and capable of utilizing technology to efficiently cultivate a pipeline of talent to maintain staffing levels across a wide geographic area. Recruiters are self-driven and able to maintain a high degree of productivity and personal accountability in a remote working environment, while also working as part of a team to accomplish organizational objectives. We believe in teamwork, continuous improvement, and celebrating success.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned business verticals and geographies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Other responsibilities include:Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CRM) to stay organized, efficiently manage the recruitment funnel, and track personal recruitment metrics.Delivering staffing results by continuously building and nurturing a pipeline of talent.Maximizing the use of available recruitment technology, tools, and resources to identify and attract qualified candidates.Leveraging technology to conduct thorough candidate assessment and perform phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and mutual fit between candidates and opportunities within the Company.Drafting written offer letters and extending verbal offers, liaising with business leaders to negotiate offers as needed.Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and into the new hire's first week.Travel up to 20% of the time to support recruitment events as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related experience (e.g., HR Coordinator, office management, administrative assistance, in-office customer service or sales, etc.)Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones.Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.Self-driven and able to maintain a high degree of productivity and personal accountability while working remotely.Able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Proficient with office technology (email, calendars, web meetings, Microsoft Office or similar productivity suite, etc.)Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.Ready, willing, and able to learn new practices and apply them consistently.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with HR Information Systems (HCMs, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.) is a plus, but not required.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: We offer competitive wages based on experience and performance.
