• Provide behavior analytic services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Train and supervise RBTs and other team members to deliver high-quality ABA services
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Track client progress and adjust plans based on data
Qualifications:
• Board Certification as a BCBA
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and data-driven ABA services
• Previous experience with hybrid or remote work is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site as needed in Fresno
