BCBA - Virtual Therapy /Fully Remote/

We’re looking for full-time and part-time BCBAs to join our fully virtual team. You’ll provide live, interactive care to families in Georgia using our custom-built therapy platform, designed by clinicians to support high-quality outcomes and engagement. In this role, you'll: • Provide virtual 1:1 therapy directly to clients in their homes • Support and train caregivers to extend learning beyond the screen • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and track progress • Collaborate with our caring, fully-remote clinical team What we're looking for: • Certified BCBA living in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the border) • Available afternoons/evenings M–F (4–9pm ET) • Proficient with tech and comfortable working from home Why AnswersNow: • $90,000 fixed salary for full-time clinicians, plus bonuses and equity • Medical, dental, vision, EAP, and CEU support • Transparent, values-led compensation and policies • Weekly clinical guidance, ongoing training, and a collaborative team We’re a mission-first company built by and for clinicians.
