Banking Analyst
• *Investment Banking Analyst (Healthcare M&A) – Remote (EST Preferred)**
We are hiring 2 Investment Banking Analysts to join a fast-growing boutique firm focused on Healthcare M&A (sell-side transactions).
This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role where you’ll work directly on live deals across pharma services, diagnostics, and healthcare technology.

• *What You’ll Be Doing**
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, 3-statement, comps, LBO basics)
• Support development of CIMs, pitch decks, and client materials
• Conduct valuation analyses and industry/company research
• Assist in managing live deal processes (buyer outreach, tracking, diligence)
• Maintain Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) and support diligence workflows
• Track M&A activity, market trends, and comparable transactions
• *What We’re Looking For**
• 1–3 years of Investment Banking Analyst experience
• Strong sell-side M&A experience (required)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Financial modeling (DCF, comps, 3-statement)
• CIMs and deal materials
• Deal execution / diligence processes
• Experience with PitchBook, Capital IQ, or similar tools
• Advanced Excel + PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• *Nice to Have**
• Exposure to Healthcare / Life Sciences / Pharma / HealthTech
• Series 79 / SIE licenses
• *What Success Looks Like**
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
• Comfortable managing multiple live deals simultaneously
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
