AS A B2B Clinical Specialist YOU WILL:Lead briefings with external companies representatives to identify training needs and objectivesCustomize training projects to make them tailor-made in response to emerging needs, ensuring psychological content integrationSupport dedicated trainer to prepare and deliver contents, ensuring training events logisticsBe present at events, providing support to trainer and companies representatives and collecting feedback to improve future training eventsWork in synergy with the rest of the team to ensure an effective implementation of clinical projectsCreate detailed reporting on the progress of clinical projects, providing analysis and recommendations to optimize resultsBe a cultural ambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:Proven professional experience in psychology and psychotherapy, preferably with specific experience in the training fieldProven skills in the design and development of customized training projects, to match specific clients’ needsAbility to conduct briefings and to manage the training needs of individuals and organizationsAbility to conduct and to manage logistics of training events, ensuring efficient and professional organizationResults oriented and capable of evaluating performances, with ability to create detailed reports on the progress of clinical projectsFlexibility and ability to adapt and to work well in a fast-paced environment, successfully managing any challenge that may emerge during training projects managementExcellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, ability to create an inclusive and stimulating training environmentAbility to work in a team, collaborating with other professionals to ensure the overall success of training projectsFluency in Italian and English WHAT WE OFFER: Fully remote, with occasional travel to/within ItalyJoin a team that embraces the future of work and prioritizes the well-being of its people.
