ESG Lawyer

We are currently seeking ESG Lawyers to work with our top F500 clients. Responsibilities:Stay up-to-date with evolving ESG regulations and industry best practices, providing guidance to our clients to ensure complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processesConduct ESG risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvementDraft and review ESG-related disclosures, reports, and communicationsAdvise on ESG-related matters and assist in setting ESG targets and objectivesMinimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience practicing with a focus on environmental, social, and governance mattersStrong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelinesStrong project management skills and the ability to lead ESG initiativesExperience with EU requirements is a plusExperience with industrials and tech sector clients is a plus Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a range of competitive compensation beginning at $160,000 and a benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
