Attorney or Legal Consultant for Invoice Closure (Commission-Based, Immediate Start)

Attorney / Legal Consultant Needed to Close Two Business Invoices (Commission-Based Only) We are a Startup consulting services company working internationally with well-funded startup clients across Silicon Valley, Dubai, Australia, and Europe. We provide strategic consulting, program management, and international growth services to early- and growth-stage companies. We currently have two outstanding business invoices from two well-funded startups, and we’re seeking immediate legal support to help close and collect payment today. The Role We’re looking for a qualified attorney or experienced legal consultant who can take the lead on closing out these invoices through professional, lawful correspondence and negotiation. This is a commission-based role — payment will be made only upon successful collection. Key Responsibilities: - Review the two existing invoices and corresponding contracts or service agreements. - Communicate directly with the client companies (in a professional and legally appropriate manner) to facilitate payment. - Draft or review collection-related communications as needed. - Advise on any legal steps or documentation required to ensure compliance and enforceability. - Work closely with our team to close the matter within 24 hours, if possible. Requirements - Licensed attorney or experienced legal consultant familiar with business contracts, collections, or startup law. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of international business transactions and cross-border invoicing (preferred). - Ability to work quickly, professionally, and ethically under tight deadlines. - Must be open to a commission-based compensation structure (percentage of successful collections).
