About the Role: Remote Customer Support Specialist – Inbound Calls This is not a sales position, but rather a chance to make a genuine impact on our customers' lives by addressing their questions, concerns, and needs. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, answering questions about our services and sign-up process, providing updates on existing accounts and service status, and delivering empathetic, informative, and accurate support. Your exceptional communication skills, patience, and ability to multitask will be invaluable in this role. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via inbound phone calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner Answer questions about blithequark's services and sign-up process, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our offerings Provide updates on existing accounts and service status, keeping customers informed and up-to-date Deliver empathetic, informative, and accurate support, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently Utilize strong multitasking and research skills to navigate our systems, find solutions, and provide personalized support Production Hours and Commitments: We're looking for individuals who can commit to self-scheduling a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to work between 6 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. This role requires a 90-day commitment, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Additionally, you'll be required to install blithequark security software and enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone.
