Associate Technical Solutions Specialist

The role primarily involves developing SQL-based ETL integrations and custom reports, while also supporting application integration and reporting tasks.ResponsibilitiesBuild ETL processes in SQL to exchange data between Euna Budget Pro and third-party systemsWork with Euna Budget Pro Implementation Managers, Consultants, and directly with customers, to design and develop custom SSRS reportsDesign and develop custom data views for use in: in-product reports or dashboards; external reporting tools (ie: Power BI, Tableau, etc.); or custom reportsHandle multiple integration and reporting implementations concurrentlyAttain an understanding of the Euna Budget Pro system to provide 2nd-Tier application supportCarry out migrations from customer on-premise installations to our Azure platformProvide expertise to other departments within Euna BudgetsSkillsMicrosoft SQL development using SQL Server Management Studio and/or Azure Data StudioExperience building ETL integrations with third-party systems using SQLSQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), ideally using Visual Studio Report ProjectsAbove average written and verbal customer communication skillsApplication supportSQL Server optimizationMicrosoft Azure configuration and managementPower BISingle sign-on technologies (ADFS, LDAP, SAML, CAS, Google Auth, Windows Authentication, etc)Municipal / healthcare / education technologyBenefitsCompetitive wagesWellness daysCommunity Engagement CommitteeFlexible workdayBenefitsCulture committeeCompany OverviewEuna Solutions® is a leading provider of purpose-built, cloud-based software that helps public sector and government organizations streamline procurement, budgeting, payments, grants management, and special education administration.
