Position: Manager, Field Marketing (Remote Opportunity) Overview The Opportunity The Hyatt is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to connect corporate marketing strategy with hotel execution. You will collaborate with multiple teams – including Sales, Operations, Digital, and Brand – to drive hotel revenue. It helps identify revenue opportunities and execute promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels. Integrated marketing with digital media, including analytics across media types, is vital. Additional responsibilities include: β€’ Understands business needs, competitive environment, and challenges for designated hotels; guides the development of localized digital marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, measurement, and continual analysis β€’ Acts as the first responder to hotel owner and operator questions about corporate strategy, campaigns, digital, and brand performance β€’ Assists brand, loyalty, partnership, and digital teams with communicating corporate initiatives to the field to ensure maximum participation β€’ Develops annual digital marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue and guest engagement β€’ Provides consultation for hotel openings and renovations to maximize business performance β€’ Counsels hotels on managing Hyatt’s preferred marketing agencies and suppliers β€’ Provides regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives β€’ Ability to travel up to 40% Qualifications Experience Required: β€’ 6+ years of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand β€’ Digital campaign management, including fundamentals of Search, Paid Meta, and SEO content optimization β€’ Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics/performance management with demonstrable ROI Experience Preferred: β€’ Hotel/hospitality industry experience β€’ Events/meeting planning experience β€’ Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills β€’ Team-oriented, collaborative environment experience β€’ Highly self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure The position responsibilities are not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as necessary. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, and location. Pay will meet local requirements, including local minimum wage where applicable.
