How will you make an impact in this role?
The Chief Technology Officer Organization’s vision is to raise the bar for technical excellence, talent, strategy, and standards across Technology. It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.
You will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of incidents and problems. Implements agreed remedies and preventative measures via root cause analysis. Assists with specified maintenance procedures.
Works primarily in Infrastructure Operations or in a Production Support team within a Unit CIO organization. Typically works with Service Delivery Analysts, Performance Analysts and reports to the Service Delivery Manager/Director or a Director Technical Delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Monitors the business processes to ensure continuous uptime
• Assists in problem solving of issues and undertakes the development and deployment of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Undertakes Disaster Recovery Testing.
• Ensures that Service Delivery work meet the agreed quality standards of documentation and reporting.
• Adds to continuous service improvement by maintaining standard methodologies and knowledge repositories
Education & Experience:
• Prior experience performing as an Engineer within a product engineering organization
• Experience using a variety of software languages
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
• Knowledge/Skills
• Understanding of applicable programming methodologies and conceptual knowledge of systems analysis and design methodologies
• ITIL Practices

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
