Job Title: Remote In-House Dispatcher – Elliott Trucking LLC Location: Remote (U.S.-based only) Job Type: Full-Time (1099 Contractor) Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 per month (1099) ⸻ About Us Elliott Trucking LLC is a growing transportation company based in Columbus, Ohio. We operate a fleet of 26ft non-CDL box trucks handling both local and OTR freight. We are seeking an experienced Remote In-House Dispatcher to join our team and help maximize efficiency, build broker/shipper relationships, and keep our drivers supported 24/7. ⸻ Responsibilities • Dispatch and manage daily operations for our fleet of trucks (local & OTR runs). • Provide 24/7 driver support and assistance when needed. • Maintain and grow relationships with brokers, shippers, and customers. • Work toward securing and managing direct shipping contracts. • Ensure each truck grosses a minimum of $5,000 per week. • Negotiate freight rates and schedule loads for maximum profitability. • Track shipments, communicate with drivers, and resolve issues in real time. • Maintain accurate records of loads, pay, and driver schedules. ⸻ Requirements • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Proven experience dispatching for trucking companies (box trucks preferred). • Established relationships with brokers and shippers. • Must be signed up and experienced with all major load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.). • Must have experience using Alvys TMS system. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Must be organized, reliable, and able to handle after-hours calls when needed. • Knowledge of DOT regulations a plus. ⸻ Compensation • $4,000 – $6,000/month starting pay (1099). • Opportunity for performance-based increases as fleet grows. ⸻ Why Work With Us? • Fast-growing trucking company with steady freight opportunities. • 100% remote position with flexible work environment. • Long-term growth potential as we expand our fleet and customer base. ⸻ How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a short summary of your dispatching experience, Alvys TMS knowledge, load board accounts, and broker relationships.
