About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in evangelizing our product, evaluating consumer feedback, and designing solutions to bridge experience gaps. Your responsibilities will include:

Cultivating a deep understanding of customer personas, needs, and preferences
Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to identify product gaps and develop solutions
Documenting and maintaining Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to aid solution development, design, and execution
Developing product metrics to monitor and analyze feature usage, performance, and customer value
Building expertise in domain knowledge, competitive landscape, and customer personas
Taking ownership of the feature development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Fostering collaboration with stakeholders throughout the product development process
Effectively communicating product updates to customers and stakeholders
Streamlining and collecting product feedback from customers and stakeholders

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

1-2 years of experience in product management with SaaS-based products
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
A strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements
Experience with product metrics and analytical tools to understand product usage and performance
A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with customers
A willingness to learn and adapt to new domains and technologies
