Associate Manager, Member Marketing

You will help the Member Marketing team deliver on ambitious marketing access and activation goals. You will work directly with your member marketing teammates to support the execution of customer marketing project plans. This role is a great fit for someone with a talent for self-managing and executing a wide-variety of marketing tasks, with a strong eye for detail and passion for delivering high quality work products that make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
• Support customer marketing teammates on the development and execution of multi-channel marketing project plans. This may include preparing customer-sent communications packets, co-branding and customizing materials, preparing customer-facing slide decks and outcomes reporting, and ideating and executing new campaigns.
• Partner with program marketing teammates on the day-to-day management of marketing calendars, libraries, and playbook materials needed to support our rapidly expanding book of business.
• QA marketing materials and ensure work products shared with customers are of the highest quality and meet Virta brand standards.
• Apply both Virta and digital marketing best practices across a mix of channels.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support the book of business and member marketing needs.
• Serve as a customer advocate and find creative solutions to help both the customer and Virta teammates hit our goals and KPIs.

90 Day Plan
• Develop relationships and get to know us!
• Understanding our systems/tools(Asana, templafy/highspot etc)
• Understanding our processes and handoffs between and within our team
• Understand our end-to-end processes in detail (e.g. process from a new launch being confirmed to when we send out marketing materials)
• Develop and document clear roles and responsibilities between customer marketers and program marketing
• Develop and document SLAs
• Identify scope of work for the quarter (i.e which accounts/activities) to support
• Execution:
• On time delivery of planned materials
• Planned materials meet quality standards
• Clear communication within and across teams

Must-Haves
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing (digital or traditional marketing)
• Experience co-branding materials with a strong eye for detail
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations or business (MBA a plus)
• An understanding of member-facing and B2B2C marketing, ideally within healthcare
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent internal/external project management and analytical skills with good business acumen (quant/qual)
• Self-motivated and enjoy driving multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
