About the position
As an Associate GDCM Sales & RM Projects at Hilton, you will be part of an innovative Technology team focused on developing consumer-facing technologies that transform the hospitality industry. This role involves supporting various projects, including the Hilton Reporting Hub and Delphi.fdc, while collaborating with hotels and user groups to enhance their experience with reporting and dashboard solutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Deliver training and support to hotels and user groups on the use of the report and dashboard solutions.

ā¢ Organize and communicate implementation dates with hotels and above property users.
,
ā¢ Generate property specific and/or user-group implementation plans and documents in accordance with defined processes.
,
ā¢ Conduct Kickoff calls and Office Hours for Hilton Reporting Hub.
,
ā¢ Manage document creation and updates as it pertains to Hilton Reporting Hub releases or other Sales and RM projects as assigned.
Requirements
ā¢ One (1) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
,
ā¢ Work experience in Hotel Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management or Training.
,
ā¢ Hands-on experience using MicroStrategy reporting platform, KHMR, Cognos or Hilton Reporting Hub.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience.

ā¢ Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.

ā¢ Two (2) years of professional work experience in Hotel Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management or Training.

ā¢ Experience with training and content development.

ā¢ Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
