Associate - Full-Stack Engineer

They are looking for a Developer Engineer (Full Stack) to implement integration solutions for insurance applications in the cloud, focusing on the development of integration solutions and collaboration with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Spring Boot, Java, and PythonCreate reusable integration components, services, and RESTful APIs that adhere to best practices and organizational standardsIntegrate with various data sources, including databases, web services, messaging systems, and third-party applicationsDevelop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring seamless integration with other components and servicesBuild responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust server-side logicCollaborate with other developers and technical teams to implement solutions aligned with architectural guidelines and best practicesIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into applications (e.g., chat, summarization, search, automation)Identify opportunities to apply AI and LLMs to solve business problems and improve existing systemsParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and integration testing to ensure solution quality and effectivenessTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSkills1–3 years of hands-on experience developing, testing, and operationalizing integration solutions using Agile methodologiesExperience implementing RESTful APIsExperience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, or .NETUnderstanding of database technologies such as Oracle, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDSProficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueUnderstanding of messaging technologies such as Kafka and Amazon MQExperience with code repositories and project tools such as Git and JIRAAbility to develop APIs, write unit test cases, and perform unit testingUnderstanding of existing and emerging API standards and secure coding practicesStrong analytical skills and critical thinking abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldAbility to learn emerging technologies and apply them to business solutionsAbility to innovate responsibly using AI while understanding model limitationsAbility to evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworksStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-directed, collaborative team player with effective time-management skillsBenefitsLeave programsAdoption assistanceStudent loan repayment programsCompany OverviewFor over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
