This position offers the opportunity to contribute to complex cases involving water, air, and public agency issues, with a focus on addressing the pressing challenges of the western region. Location Boulder, Colorado Duties Manage litigation cases, including water rights litigation, particularly in Colorado Water Court. Provide legal counsel in regulatory and administrative law matters. Collaborate on natural resource and public agency cases. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop strategies for complex litigation. Requirements 2–4 years of law firm or government experience. Experience in litigation, regulatory matters, or administrative law. Preferred experience in natural resources, water law, and public agency law. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the State Bar of Colorado. Skills Stellar research and writing abilities. Strong academic credentials.
