As an Associate Account Resolution Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by utilizing your knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to drive success. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced call center environment where you will interact with delinquent customers, gather and organize repayment terms, and perform routine conditional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Record Goal team by applying knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
Communicate with delinquent customers to gather and organize repayment terms
Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls
Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, client support, or sales environment
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
Military experience in personnel management, processing military personnel requests, or related fields
Experience working with military protocol and regulations
