Were looking for a flexible, adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is vacant because our previous assistant was promoted internally.

What Youll Do:
This is a remote-first position with occasional local tasks that require being based in the Portland Metro area (such as organizing materials, delivering supplies, or coordinating logistics). Youll be the right-hand person to the owner, helping with a variety of administrative, operational, and research-based tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Your work will focus on:
Inbox and calendar management
Scheduling and coordination
Document creation and process improvement
Research and outreach
Supporting recruitment and onboarding
Assisting with operations and marketing tasks
Occasional Personal Task Support Assist with light research and personal scheduling to help the owner stay organized and maintain work-life balance.
