Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, warm, and inviting classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
Communicate effectively with families to encourage partnership and support, and maintain daily records of student progress and activities
Develop strong professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote parent and community engagement
Prepare and serve meals and snacks, and maintain a high-quality standard of care for every child
Utilize our science-based, proprietary curriculum to create a fun and engaging learning environment tailored to each child's developmental needs

Requirements:

Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
Positive attitude and self-image, with a commitment to innovation and creativity
Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
HS Diploma or GED required, with a willingness to pass state-required background checks
