Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
ā¢ Oversee property management operations, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and real estate laws.
ā¢ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and enhance the team's visibility in the market.
ā¢ Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
ā¢ Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
ā¢ Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in real estate administration and customer relations.
ā¢ Monitor market trends and provide insights to the team to inform decision-making processes.
Skills
ā¢ Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
ā¢ Proficient in real estate administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance.
ā¢ Familiarity with fair housing regulations and real estate law to ensure adherence to legal standards.
ā¢ Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals effectively.
ā¢ Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
