Assistant Community Manager

Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, and they are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join their growing team. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, assisting with day-to-day community management operations, and communicating with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for any callers, clients or visitorsAnswer phones, respond to owner emails and phone calls within 24-48 hours, forwarding calls to the appropriate party if unable to assistSome calls may be onsite specific, and some may be broader calls to the company overallAssist community manager and the community board of directors with the day-to-day community management operationsHandle the rentals for the clubhouse as well as programming/distributing fobs for the clubhouseCommunicate with vendors, suppliers, legal teams, etcBe the liaison between the community owners, board of directors and community managerUpdate owner, tenant, and/or property manager contact information in systems (email addresses, cell phone numbers, etc.)Assist with processing ARC applications and review to ensure all necessary documents are submittedMaintain logs (copies, postage, etc.)Attend occasional staff meetings in the main office in NapervilleSkillsExperience in the Community Management fieldAdvanced communication skills both written and verbalAbility to plan ahead and consistently multitaskExperience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)Experience with Vantaca softwareBenefitsMonthly cell phone stipendCompany issued work computerMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceFront loaded PTO401k - Company match up to 4%Long and short term disability at no cost to employeeCompany OverviewWestward360 is a provider of real estate management services for community associations and rental property owners.
