Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or related environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
