This entity will serve as the central "Vault" in a multi-layered asset protection structure, sitting between a Cook Islands/Nevis Trust (Owner) and an Arizona Operating LLC (Subsidiary). Scope of Work Entity Formation: Handle the complete registration of an anonymous Wyoming LLC, ensuring all "Secretary of State" filings are handled through a reputable registered agent to maintain privacy. Operating Agreement (Custom): Draft a "Manager-Managed" Operating Agreement specifically designed for trust ownership. It must include Event of Duress clauses and "Anti-Alienation" provisions to protect against domestic legal threats. Structure Integration: Provide a legal roadmap for the Wyoming LLC to "own" 100% of an Arizona Operating LLC while being 100% "owned" by an offshore trust. 2026 Compliance: Ensure the structure meets all current Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) reporting requirements for FinCEN, while maintaining the maximum possible privacy.
