We're committed to delivering robust products that effectively integrate into the Amazon Fulfillment network, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Quality Assurance Engineer – Virtual & Simulation Testing, you'll play a critical role in developing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations with high fidelity. You'll partner with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal Customers to ensure new Solutions meet their requirements. Your expertise will drive high-quality product delivery, synchronize virtual and physical tests, and guarantee that new Solutions meet customer deliverables. **Key Responsibilities** * Develops, implements, simulations, and Hardware In the Loop (HIL) to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software * Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integration, service, and support prior to delivery * Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinates simulations and testing processes * Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues * Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback * Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support for professional certifications and skills development * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
