You will report directly to the Art Director and partner closely with the art and product teams to drive timely, high-quality art asset delivery and contribute to shaping how Homa scales art operations. Your main responsibilities will include:Plan and monitor task distribution and resource allocation, maintaining visibility on who’s doing what, when, and how that fits into broader production priorities.Act as a cross-functional bridge between art and product teams, participating in key meetings to gather briefs, surface constraints, and align on evolving priorities.Drive scheduling, progress tracking, and workflow optimization, adapting quickly to shifts in scope, bandwidth, or timelines to maintain steady production flow.Foster clarity and communication, keeping artists and stakeholders informed, connected, and empowered to collaborate efficiently.RequirementsWe are looking for someone with proven expertise in art production – and the curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast. You’re a great fit if you have:Experience in art production, preferably within the mobile game industry, with a good grasp of the development lifecycle and how art fits into it. Solid understanding of game art and design principles, including 2D/3D pipelines, UI, animation, and VFX. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Strong communication and leadership capabilities, you’re comfortable aligning cross-functional teams and making sure everyone’s moving in the same direction.
