About the Role We're seeking an experienced Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a key member of our HR operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our HR data, focusing on benefits enrollment and associated processes. Responsibilities As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Diligently updating and maintaining accurate records in our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences. Conducting thorough audits to ensure the integrity of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies. Efficiently processing employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections. Addressing employee queries with clarity and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring proper documentation of all interactions. Working in compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data privacy. Collaborating effectively with various teams, including HR Operations and the Benefits department, to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 4 years of experience with complex HR and/or benefits data entry. Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic approach to achieving results. Prior experience with PeopleSoft highly regarded. Solid understanding of HR practices, especially benefits-related concepts. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills. Additional Information This is a temporary contract role, and normal working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The dress code is business casual.
