About the position:
 Commission Only - no fixed salary
 Interface directly with clientele to provide financial education
 Identify & prioritize key opportunities for growth
 Develop long-lasting business relationships with clients
 Attend weekly trainings on Zoom
 Train and lead a team of financial professionals
 Learn & implement training systems
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office to keep records and provide illustrations for financial analysis
Qualifications:
 Valid Social Security Number -- either with a Green Card or as a US Citizen
 3+ Years Experience on Microsoft Office
 3+ Years Experience of Customer Interaction
 Great Communication skills
 Desire to work in a team environment
 Keen attention to detail
 Strong documentational skills
 Self-Starter a Must -- all training provided in-house
Big Plus:
 Great Organizational skills
 Great Management skills
 Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
 Ability to work across various lines of business
 Education background
 Healthcare background
 Exposure to financial markets
