About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Systems/Data Analyst to join our growing DevSecOps team. This role will focus on understanding data flow and ingestion processes that are critical for program operations. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to frame research tasks, resolve data anomalies, and ensure accurate and reliable data ingestion into downstream systems.
In this role, youâll combine strong analytical skills with detail-oriented problem solving to support business functionality, cross-team collaboration, and testing dependencies within a DevSecOps environment.
**Candidates must meet public trust clearance requirements
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and systems/data flow understanding
Bachelorâs degree or higher
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE U.S. All work must be performed in the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as this work is for a federal government client. Candidates will need to successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check prior to beginning work. Nothing in applicantsâ history should prevent them from obtaining a public trust security clearance.
Technical and Skills Requirements:
Strong experience analyzing data flows and ingestion pipelines
Ability to identify and troubleshoot data anomalies or errors
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate data questions into research tasks
Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and Agile delivery teams
Strong documentation skills to capture processes, data flows, and dependencies
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across teams
Strongly Preferred:
Prior federal government project experience
Current holder of Public Trust or higher-level clearance
Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP)
Experience in cloud or DevSecOps data environments
Role Responsibilities:
Understand, document, and analyze data flow and ingestion processes across systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and investigate data anomalies and provide clear, actionable insights
Work with other Data Analysts and Business Analysts to address cross-team testing dependencies
Frame and execute research tasks to support broader business functionality and decision-making
Partner with technical teams to ensure that data ingestion aligns with program and system requirements
Support Agile project teams by providing accurate, timely data analysis and reporting
