Duties for this role include but are not limited to: analysis of projects and proposals related to revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expense utilizing computer modeling techniques. Essential Functions... • Performs analyses regarding financial and/or operational performance on such issues as productivity, operational statistics, cost trends, and revenue trends. • Assists with assigned projects by performing, analyzing, and tracking financial, statistical, and computer modeling techniques to support department recommendation. • Maintains analysis models to support recommendation provided to management. • Reviews financial plans for completeness and consistency with established objectives and priorities to include monitoring accomplishments of plans. • Assists management in determining and defining the business impact (both operational and economic) on the operation of proposed systems, capital investments, and/or product changes. Prepares, reports on, and tracks feasibility/profitability studies related to proposed corporate programs and strategies. • Assist and provides input in the interpretation of new/changing securities rules, regulations, policies or laws; updates processes for compliance to rules and regulations as well as department procedures. • Plans and executes remediations efforts for any identified issues with minimal guidance/support from supervisor/manager. • Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of personal computer applications. Strong analytical, human relations and communication skills. Finance Executive Advisor Level Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Six (6) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, tax or operational analysis. Financial Advisor Level Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Five (5) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis. Sr Financial Analyst Level Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Four (4) years experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis. Financial Analyst Level Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Two (2) years experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis. Associate Financial Analyst Level Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Some previous experience in financial analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred experience: Knowledge of financial analysis applying common financial metrics and methodologies (i.e., Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), allocation and fixed/variable methodologies) Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
