What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Collaborate with clinical leaders to formulate care quality goals and identify desired outcomes
 Document current processes and existing order pathways, leveraging evidence-based literature
 Develop and maintain clinical content within the electronic medical record (EMR)
 Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation for multidisciplinary clinical councils
 Provide ongoing support and education for clinicians regarding Evidence-Based Medicine and EMR workflows
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree
 Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing experience in hospitals or post-acute services
 At least 2 years of experience providing support in an electronic medical record system
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems (Cerner or Epic)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in facilitating healthcare improvement committees
 Subject matter expertise in designing and implementing features in electronic medical records
 Project Management experience or certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Certification)
 Demonstrated ability to lead and implement new models of care
 Strong understanding of nursing practice and clinical workflow
