 Support children in achieving developmental milestones through active supervision and interaction.
 Conduct observations and assist with both schoolwork and remote learning as needed.
 Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the holistic development of each child in our care.
 Foster a safe and nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
 Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive and enriching educational environment.
Required Skills
 Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards.
 Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
 Proficient in computer applications relevant to education.
 Exceptional time-management skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
 Preferred experience as a teacher or instructor working with children, including in non-traditional settings.
 Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
 Experience in a childcare center setting is advantageous.
 Background in curriculum development and lesson planning.
 Familiarity with positive discipline practices and engaging with parents and guardians.
 Flexibility in scheduling to meet the demands of the role.
