Experience: * Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar remote role is preferred. * Familiarity with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, etc.) is highly desirable. * Experience using CRM systems or customer support software is a plus. Working Hours: * Part-time remote position. * Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. * Minimum availability of 20 25 hours per week.
