Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to provide world-class customer service to our customers, including subscribers, caregivers, payers, programs, installers, and referral sources, as well as internal departments. As the face of blithequark to our customer base, you will provide superior customer service in a compassionate, thorough, quality, efficient, and productive manner. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints, taking full ownership of the problem until fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Respond to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries from customers and internal departments, providing timely and effective solutions. Conduct administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks as required to support the full complement of blithequark's service offerings. Provide first-line troubleshooting expertise to customers regarding blithequark's equipment, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Actively sell blithequark services or resell services to customers who are canceling, promoting our products and services to meet customer needs. Serve as a resource for Customer Service Support Representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. Provide back-up phone support to the Call Center as requested, ensuring seamless customer service. Required Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 2 years of related experience in Customer Service, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting. Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent telephone etiquette, with clear oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling. Demonstrated proficiency in English, with the ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Word. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and attention to detail. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Level II Certified as a blithequark Monitoring Service monitor is a plus, but not required. Bilingual skills are highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English. Schedule Requirements The successful candidate will be required to work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 12 pm to 8:30 pm (Eastern Time), with Saturday shifts as needed from 10 am to 4:30 pm (Eastern Time).
