About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven accounting professional to support a dynamic portfolio of real estate entities. This is a high-volume, structured accounting role where accuracy, organization, and adherence to established SOPs are key. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple accounts and projects, while working closely with the controller and accounting team.
What You'll Do:
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Process invoices accurately and on time
Track incoming and outgoing payments
Maintain accuracy across multiple entities
Monthly Reconciliation
Perform reconciliations across ~60 accounts/entities
Ensure financial records align with bank statements
Portfolio-Level Accounting Support
Support accounting across real estate projects/holdings
Navigate multiple entities without confusion
Work closely with the controller within defined workflows
SOP-Driven Execution
Follow established SOPs
Deliver consistent, process-driven output
Focus on execution rather than system building
What You Need:
Proven multi-entity accounting experience, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and entities simultaneously
Real estate or portfolio accounting experience is required – candidates without this experience will not be considered
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, structured accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to follow established SOPs and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable reconciling complex accounts
Reliable and process-oriented, able to maintain consistency across multiple tasks and entities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with controllers and cross-functional teams
