Role Overview As an Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in executing our staffing direction and recruiting top talent to join our team. You will serve as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure that we are attracting, selecting, and hiring the best candidates for each role. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, and ensuring that our hiring practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert to specific facilities/locations, ensuring that proper strategies are in place to meet hiring needs and providing guidance on recruitment best practices. Partner with hiring managers to review, analyze, and clarify job specifications, leadership behaviors, and skills required, and develop recruiting strategies to fill staffing needs. Work closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic hiring strategies targeted towards each functional area, ensuring that we are attracting and selecting the best candidates for each role. Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, including locating candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating recruitment scheduling, and utilizing company applicant tracking software. Engage recruitment technology for the job posting process and properly maximize system capabilities to ensure that we are reaching the widest possible audience of qualified candidates. Develop sourcing plans specific to each job opportunity within designated locations and build a bench of diverse talent with candidates sourced and ready for interviewing and presentation to hiring managers. Utilize proactive recruiting techniques, develop industry contacts, and select qualified individuals who will provide added value to the department, business objectives, and the company. Mentor hiring managers on appropriate recruitment and legal hiring/interviewing practices and procedures, and may partner on conducting training on lawful hiring practices to hiring managers. Accountable for Affirmative Action Plans for specified requisitions/functional areas, ensuring that our hiring practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Utilize no-cost or low-cost recruiting methods to manage expense controls and allow achievement of revenue, profit, and utilization objectives. Assist hiring managers in developing and extending competitive job offers, and communicate acceptances to the TA Services team for completion of the hiring process. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent. A strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures, including full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and hiring manager relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective recruitment strategies. Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as the Certified Recruiter (CR) or the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and develop data-driven recruitment strategies.
