We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Data Entry Clerk to compile, capture, and maintain our digital database. As an Online Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping our records up-to-date. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, a fast typist with a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Inputting data from various sources into the company database.
Verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Adhering to data integrity and security policies.
Generating and updating reports as required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
Work Hours
This is a remote, part-time/full-time position with flexible hours. You will be required to meet deadlines and complete tasks within the agreed time frame.
Salary
Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
