This is a remote position. Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap during 9-5pm EST M-F preferred Position Overview: As our Outbound Sales Coordinator, you'll be the engine driving new business growth for both our digital marketing agency and our partner SaaS platform. You'll craft compelling outbound campaigns across email, social media, Upwork, and LinkedIn to identify and nurture high-quality prospects. Your role is crucial in our growth strategy – you'll take cold prospects and warm them up through strategic communication until they're ready to book discovery calls with our CEO. This is a performance-driven role with significant opportunity for growth, both in hours and responsibilities. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: ● Cold Outbound Campaigns: ○ Execute targeted cold email campaigns to prospects in health & wellness, personal brand coaching, ecommerce, subscription, and fitness sectors ○ Craft personalized LinkedIn messages and connection requests to decision-makers ○ Manage social media DM outreach across platforms (Instagram, Facebook) ○ Research and identify ideal prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms ○ Create a compelling Upwork profile for the CEO and respond to daily ads management jobs in our niche ● Campaign Development: ○ Implement our compelling messaging sequences that align with our brand voice and client needs ○ Create different outreach templates for agency services vs. SaaS platform offerings ○ A/B test subject lines, messaging approaches, and call-to-action strategies ○ Maintain and optimize outreach cadences for maximum response rates Lead Nurturing & Qualification: ● Relationship Building: ○ Respond to prospect inquiries and maintain ongoing conversations ○ Nurture cold leads through strategic follow-up sequences ○ Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients ○ Handle initial objections and provide value-driven responses ● Lead Qualification: ○ Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework) ○ Ask discovery questions to understand prospect pain points and goals ○ Determine fit for either agency services or SaaS platform solutions ○ Schedule qualified discovery calls with CEO when prospects are sales-ready Performance Tracking & Optimization: ● Analytics & Reporting: ○ Track outreach metrics including open rates, response rates, and conversion rates ○ Maintain detailed CRM records of all prospect interactions ○ Provide weekly performance reports and insights ○ Identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement ● Process Improvement: ○ Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on performance data ○ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for cold outreach ○ Collaborate with CEO on lead scoring and qualification criteria ○ Document successful processes for scaling and team training Requirements Required: ● 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development ● Proven track record of cold email and LinkedIn outreach success ● Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft compelling, personalized messages ● Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools ● Strong research skills for prospect identification and personalization ● Self-motivated with ability to work independently and hit targets ● Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up efforts Preferred: ● Experience selling digital marketing services or SaaS products ● Familiarity with sales automation tools. ● Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques ● Understanding of marketing funnels and lead qualification processes ● Previous experience in health & wellness, e-commerce, or fitness industries ● Basic understanding of paid advertising and digital marketing concepts Bonus Points: ● Experience with email deliverability and spam compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) ● Knowledge of sales psychology and persuasion techniques ● Experience with lead scoring and marketing automation platforms ● Track record of consistently exceeding quota or performance targets Independent Contractor Perks • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Steady freelance job ZR_28047_JOB Apply tot his job
