About the Role: Analytics Intern - Payments & Fraud

We're seeking a talented Analytics Intern to join our Payments & Fraud team for the Fall 2025 term. As an Analytics Intern at Super.com, you'll play a crucial role in harnessing the power of data to answer complex business questions, drive strategy, and support our rapid expansion. With a strong analytical mindset, you'll help our team organize, visualize, and understand large datasets related to performance marketing channels, product performance, and operational efficiency.

Challenges You'll Solve


Data-Driven Culture: You'll be an ambassador for our data-driven culture, using data to inform business decisions and drive strategic outcomes.
Data Management: You'll access, clean, and organize raw data to make it actionable for your team and stakeholders.
Visualizations: You'll create automated dashboards and funnels to help various internal teams understand our data and make informed decisions.
Hard Questions: You'll analyze our data to answer complex business questions, drive strategy, and inform decision-making processes.


About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and analytical thinking. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:


Ability to pull, clean, and manipulate large datasets to turn them into actionable insights that business stakeholders can understand.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and performing data analysis with Python, as well as experience with analytics tools like Looker, Amplitude, DBT, and Snowflake.
A solid understanding of common statistical methods and their real-world applications.
Ability to work independently while embracing mentorship and guidance, confidently addressing stakeholder requests, and contributing valuable insights.
Ownership of your work, leveraging support to solve problems and deliver impactful results.
Comfort navigating ambiguous or changing priorities and adjusting your approach to meet new challenges.
Understanding of how data insights connect to broader business goals and eagerness to learn how to make strategic contributions.

Compensation

We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $32.50 - $38, determined based on your prior work experience and internships, in alignment with our intern pay structure.
