• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while handling customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with American Express products, services, and policies (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
