Amazon Seller Central Manager

Remote Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Manager to lead and grow our Amazon operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven expertise in launching new products, developing private label brands, and managing marketplace operations. The right candidate will also bring strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team, driving performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team to support product launches, advertising, and operations.
• Drive successful new product launches, from market research and sourcing through listing creation, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
• Oversee private label product development: sourcing suppliers, coordinating packaging/branding, and managing end-to-end rollouts.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and forecast demand.
• Monitor margins and profitability, adjusting strategies to maintain strong financial performance.
• Analyze sales, ranking, and advertising data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Forecast and manage inventory levels to align with demand, prevent stockouts, and minimize overstock.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to support launches and ongoing sales growth.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Demonstrated success in new product launches and private label product development.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
• Strong expertise in Amazon PPC and listing optimization.
• Proficiency with product research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven decision maker.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
