We believe in elevating lives through education, and our teams work collaboratively to ensure millions of students have the resources they need to succeed.

The Opportunity:
As an Allocation Analyst, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our inventory and ensuring the right products are in the right places at the right time. You'll support the development and execution of allocation and replenishment strategies, leveraging data to drive financial success and meet product goals. You'll be a key contributor to the product lifecycle, providing valuable insights and analysis to the team.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Drive replenishment based on business rules, analyzing large datasets to determine optimal replenishment methodologies (e.g., WOST vs. minimums) at the SKU/location level, informed by demand forecasts.

Analyze seasonal and core replenishment size selling patterns, creating size curves for seasonal and core buys.
Analyze in-stock position for key items, developing store model stock quantities by style, size, and store. Regularly communicate reorder needs by size to Planning & Merchant teams.
Develop allocation strategies to support inventory flow during peak periods and for stores with unique events or space constraints.
Identify and escalate inventory issues to management promptly.
Support Merchant and Planning teams in developing store groups for test buys and analyzing test results.
Communicate with stores to maximize business, reviewing and responding to product requests.
Additional responsibilities as required.

3+ years of related work experience, preferably in sized fashion retail or SKU-intensive businesses.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, IF functions, etc.).
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new applications, systems, and software.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and flexibility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to travel to our corporate headquarters in Basiking Ridge, NJ periodically.
