Night Shift Driver Manager Join Our Team!
Hurricane Express, a leader in temperature-controlled food-grade transportation, is hiring Driver Managers for weekday night shifts to join our growing team near Siloam Springs, AR (Colcord, OK). This is an on-site position with no remote work available.

What You'll Do
Dispatch and manage drivers for efficient load delivery.
Resolve issues like late deliveries, equipment breakdowns, or driver concerns.
Ensure drivers meet DOT and FMCSR regulations, including Hours of Service compliance.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to keep operations on track.
Suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity during night shifts.
What You'll Need
At least 1 year of fleet management or dispatch experience (preferred).
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSR regulations and Hours of Service.
Proficiency in Windows-based systems.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges.
Pay Benefits
Salary: $62,000$67,000/year + bonus opportunities.

Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour weekday night shifts with some flexibility as needed.
