We're looking for an enthusiastic Airline Sourcing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in sourcing and managing accommodations for crew and distressed passengers across various markets. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research, analyzing property options, and handling negotiations to ensure optimal terms and rates for our clients.

Conduct detailed market research and property analysis tailored to client needs.
Manage and execute market RFPs, ensuring adherence to client specifications.
Negotiate terms and rates effectively, finalizing contracts in both existing and new markets.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to optimize savings and revenue.
Prepare comprehensive reports and market intelligence to support decision-making.
Maintain strong relationships with hotel and transportation vendors.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Occasionally travel for hotel site visits and client meetings.
Skills And Qualifications
Solid understanding of the Aviation and Hospitality industries.
Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new tools.
