AIML Engineer

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Company: LatentBridge Location: Onsite (US / UK / Philippines / Singapore) Employment Type: Fulltime Work Mode:RemoteExperience: 2 3yearsAbout the RoleLatentBridge is seeking a skilledSenior AI/ML Engineer to drive our global AI/ML initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in Python, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud technologies. If you are passionate about building advanced AI models, working with large language models, and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions, we d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML applications using Python (3.10+). • Build and deploy machine learning models with open-source frameworks, especially Hugging Face. • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and custom training. • Architect and implement cloud-native AI/ML solutions on AWS or Azure (compute, storage, deployment). • Enhance search systems through Vector Databases and advanced search techniques. • Develop NLP solutions using libraries such as NLTK and SpaCy.• (Preferred) Hands-on experience with emerging tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Dspy. • Apply MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management (versioning, deployment, monitoring). • Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare and manage datasets for training and inference. Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 2 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Python development. • Strong programming skills in Python (3.10+).• Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). • Solid understanding of ML concepts, model evaluation, and deployment strategies. • Practical experience with NLP tools (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy). • Experience with Vector Databases and search optimization. • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and practices. • Exposure to data engineering tools and workflows is a plus.
