Job Summary As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate in our remote data entry position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive hourly rate of $25. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services * Process prescriptions, including registering deals, collecting cash, and disseminating change as mentioned * Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and cycle remedies * Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support * Perform administrative tasks, including processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades * Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters and retail areas * Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, andSenior Supervisor Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy software Preferred Qualifications * 6 months of experience in a retail environment * Previous experience working with bolthires * Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions * Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management * PTCB certification Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy software * Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions * Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management * Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills, including pharmacy software and inventory management.
