AI Game Production Strategist - Hole.io (1-month contract)
Role
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of our development and creative workflows.
• Analyze the current game development lifecycle to find bottlenecks that can be solved by AI.
• Develop a clear, prioritized plan of AI integrations that offer the highest ROI for our studio.
• Design custom AI-driven workflows and tool recommendations.
• Demonstrate proof-of-concepts for AI tools that can be integrated into our Unity-based production environment.
• Empower our senior leadership and technical teams with the knowledge to maintain and evolve these AI strategies.
Profile
• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the AI landscape, including LLMs and Generative Media.
• A strong understanding of the game development process (Unity/C# environment preferred).
• A track record of implementing AI solutions that have reduced production time or costs.
• Ability to distinguish between "AI hype" and tools that provide genuine utility.
• Excellent English skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts.
• Experience working in short-term consultancy roles with minimal hand-holding.
