**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products and services
* Evaluating vehicles and managing customer loans and payments
* Providing daily communication with customers regarding their accounts and making courtesy calls when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service and sales goals

* Previous customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)

* Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday schedule)
* Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
* Ability to pass a company background screening, including a credit, criminal, and background check

* Familiarity with loan products and services
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
