AI Architect / Consultant
About Us Our company develops on-premise AI systems to automate key business processes — from handling incoming requests to reporting and decision support. The goal of our projects is to build a smart layer on top of corporate systems to help businesses operate faster, more accurately, and more efficiently. These are not pilot experiments, but strategic products that become the core of our clients’ operations. The Role We are looking for an AI Architect / Consultant who can design and implement the architecture of AI solutions — not just write code. We need someone who understands business processes, can break them down into specific tasks, and design a system of agents, pipelines, and services that delivers real business value. Responsibilities • Design modular AI system architectures (LLMs, AI agents, Transformers, etc.) and ensure scalability. • Define strategies for agent behavior: how they interact, make decisions, and manage priorities. • Develop data processing pipelines (from ingestion to visualization) with a focus on quality and reliability. • Integrate agents with corporate systems and external sources (REST APIs, databases, email, Excel). • Work at the intersection of business and technology: analyze business processes and determine where and how AI can be most effectively applied. • Contribute to key architectural decisions that shape the future of the product. Requirements • 3+ years of experience with Python, including pandas, requests, and asyncio. • Strong understanding of AI system architectures (LLMs, AI agents, Transformers, etc.). • Experience building services (FastAPI, Celery, Flask). • On-prem LLM experience: vLLM or TGI, RAG, embeddings, basic fine-tuning (LoRA/SFT) offline. • ML experience: practical work with CatBoost/XGBoost/LightGBM, metrics (AUC/PR, RMSE/MAE, logloss), validation, feature engineering. • Familiarity with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc. • Experience integrating with REST APIs and storage systems (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, PostgreSQL, MySQL, S3, Parquet). • Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modular architecture principles. Nice to Have • Experience with CRM, ERP, procurement, or logistics — helpful for understanding business processes faster. • Background in NLP/ML: classification, NER, RAG, contextual memory. • Experience designing service architecture using FastAPI, LangChain, Celery. • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.). • Experience analyzing e-commerce metrics: funnel building and analysis, retention and LTV calculation, conversion dynamics, and applying these in behavioral and product analytics.
